Come on Barbie, Let's go party! This girl deserves a party that's for sure! She's a survivor of the streets of south Texas. Just a young dog trying to survive. She tugged on the heartstrings of one of the independent rescuers in the Rio Grande Valley and wiggled her way into her heart and home. We knew we had to help when she said a rescue was needed.
